PALIM RING

PALIM takes its name from palimpsest — a surface where an earlier layer was erased, yet never disappeared completely.

Time does not erase history. It layers it.

A palimpsest was originally a surface from which an earlier text had been erased to make room for another — while traces of what came before remained visible beneath the new layer.

This idea became the foundation of the Palimpsest Ring. While creating it, Mikhail imagined a wall altered by centuries, where fragments of its original decoration still remain: not the ornament in its complete form, but broken lines and traces of its rhythm surviving across a weathered surface.

The 18k gold-plated pattern emerges through the deeply textured sterling silver and disappears into it again — like a decorative layer that time has not destroyed, but rewritten.

Not an ornament, but its echo.

Palimpsest is a handcrafted sterling silver ring finished with 18k gold plating and our signature volcanic oxidation. Each piece is individually made and finished by hand, so variations in texture, oxidation and gold details become part of its character.

You’ll find a conversion chart and detailed sizing tips for both rings and bracelets here — please refer to them when choosing your size.

Personalisation

If you like our handwritten font (example in the product card), you can leave your initials or a secret word inside the ring. Just leave them in the "engraving" line before adding the product to the cart. Please note that this service is available for a maximum of five characters.

Packaging

All your items will be sent in a unique author's packaging in the form of a large stone and safely packed in a mailbox marked “FRAGILE”

Processing time

Atelier "Project50g" works to order according to the individual measurements of the client, we do not have anything in stock. In this regard, the production time directly depends on the current demand and takes 3-5 weeks.

Mikhail makes all orders manually, individually for each person. He tries to process orders as quickly as possible. We hope for your understanding.

We will update you as our work progresses and when ready we will send you a photo for approval.
