JARDIN began long before it became a ring.

Its floral ornament comes from an old metal fragment found at a flea market in Tashkent, echoing the rich tradition of floral decoration found throughout Central Asian decorative arts.

The scrollwork surrounding the stone carries another memory. Years ago, we took an impression from a decorative detail discovered in the entrance hall of an old St. Petersburg building and added it to our personal archive of textures and forms.

At the center is a natural, individually cut gemstone. The original JARDIN was created around a stone found by chance in a small shop in Chanthaburi, Thailand — irregularly cut and crossed by natural inclusions and internal fractures that made it impossible to repeat.

Mikhail brought these fragments together by hand, carving additional details in wax and rebuilding them into a new composition.

JARDIN is a mosaic of different histories — fragments of places we have passed through, objects we have found, and memories carried with us.

Mikhail builds each JARDIN individually around the stone you choose, adapting the setting and subtle details by hand while preserving the recognizable composition of the original design.

All products are oxidized with volcanic sulfur that we collected while traveling in Indonesia, which makes them even more unique. Everyone will find in it something for themselves. Comfortable fit.
