Skull (McQ) Ring

A signet ring with a sculptural skull imprint.


The central relief is taken from an archival detail —

a button from an Alexander McQueen coat.

The skull appears not as a graphic, but as a physical imprint transferred into metal.

The surface remains lightly textured, with soft irregularities that contrast with the clarity of the form.

Edges are slightly worn, creating a sense of a preserved fragment rather than a new object.

The composition recalls fashion artifacts and collectible details —

elements that carry meaning beyond decoration.

A handcrafted sterling silver signet ring with skull imprint.

An oxidized silver ring shaped as a contemporary artifact, defined by imprint and source.

An unusual ring defined by symbol, texture and provenance.


Sterling Silver 925 \ Volcanic oxidation

Top width: 14–15 mm

The surface is oxidized using volcanic sulfur collected during our journey to the Ijen crater in Indonesia.

Each ring is made to order and individually handcrafted.

No two pieces are identical.


Initials or a short engraving may be added inside upon request.

We use the US ring sizing system.

The best way to find out your size is to visit a local jewelry store.

You’ll find a conversion chart and detailed sizing tips for both rings and bracelets here — please refer to them when choosing your size.

Personalisation

If you like our handwritten font (example in the product card), you can leave your initials or a secret word inside the ring. Just leave them in the "engraving" line before adding the product to the cart. Please note that this service is available for a maximum of five characters.

Packaging

All your items will be sent in a unique author's packaging in the form of a large stone and safely packed in a mailbox marked “FRAGILE”

Atelier "Project50g" works to order according to the individual measurements of the client, we do not have anything in stock. In this regard, the production time directly depends on the current demand and takes 3-5 weeks.

Mikhail makes all orders manually, individually for each person.  He tries to process orders as quickly as possible.  We hope for your understanding.

We will update you as our work progresses and when ready we will send you a photo for approval.
